Project Introduction

Located on the east side of Qitai Tianshan Cement Plant and the north side of G335, Qitai County, Changji Prefecture, Xinjiang Province, this project is a crushing station integrating coal crushing, screening, transportation and packaging. The processing capacity can reach 1,000tph. Through public bidding, we provide ZBWJ2400×16000 apron feeder, 2PLF100/350 mineral sizer, 2YKH-3061 inclined screen, And automatic electrical control system composed of the whole coal crushing and screening production line. The main feeding method of this project is to feed apron feeder directly through the silo by trucks and loaders, then break it through mineral sizer and then transport it to inclined screen by belt conveyor for screening. The final qualified products are transported to the finished products warehouse through the belt conveyor.
