Project Introduction
Mandiri Coal (PT Mandiri Intiperkasa) is located in Menjelutung village, Tana Tidung, North Kalimantan, Indonesia. Mainly engaged in coal mining and processing, we provide a crushing production line composed of model GZS-1412roller screen, mineral sizer, feeder breaker. The roller screen we provide for customers is a single-axis single-drive equipment with a processing capacity of 3000tph. The particle size processed by roller screen is 10-80mm.

The roller screen we provide for customers is not between feeder breaker and mineral sizer, which is mainly engaged in coal crushing before mineral sizer, and can well realize the screening and grading of coal before crushing. The coal that meets the product demand is directly transported to the finished product warehouse through the belt conveyor under the screen, and the large coal that does not meet the demand reaches the mineral sizer through the roller screen for secondary crushing, which can avoid the secondary crushing and excessive grinding of coal, reduce the generation of powder, improve the product qualification rate, improve the processing capacity, and then improve the economic efficiency.
