The end customer indicated that the coal to be processed has a high moisture content and tends to adhere to the crushing wall. Ordinary crushers are prone to clogging problems. Our secondary sizer has comb-shaped wear-resistant plates installed on both sides of the shell to prevent excessive materials from adhering to the crusher's gear rollers, thereby avoiding clogging and significantly improving the crushing efficiency. The continuous crusher has a pre-sieving function, which can pre-sieve out the fine particles in the coal, reducing the burden of subsequent crushing and further enhancing the efficiency of the overall crushing process. The customer highly praised the performance and design of our equipment, expressing their expectation that the equipment would continue to perform stably and effectively in the long-term use, bringing more significant convenience and benefits to their coal processing work.
