Mifa 1000t/h Coal Crushing Plant in Aceh, Indonesia
Project Introduction
PT Mifa Bersaudara (" MIFA ") was founded in 2002. Since its establishment, MIFA has been engaged in comprehensive coal mining business in the Siazi region of Aceh Province. MIFA's mining activities have been granted a license for the production and operation of mining business in accordance with local regulations, with a concession area of approximately 3,134 hectares. MIFA's mining activities are carried out independently, covering all activities from upstream to downstream, that is, from the mining area to the special port. To support daily mining operations, MIFA has built mining operation facilities, coal crushing plants, dedicated coal transportation roads, and systems for loading bulk coal onto barges, among other facilities and infrastructure. Transport the coal to the PT Mifa Bersaudara dedicated coal terminal located on the coast of Peunaga Cut Ujong in Siazi County. In July 25, a formal contract was signed with EXCT.

Customer Feedback
The customer indicated that after the coal is transported out of the mine pit, it can be directly sent to the raw coal storage yard or directly transported to the coal crushing plant. The production capacity of this crushing plant is 1,000 tons per hour, and the feed particle size is ≤800mm. If the apron feeder is used for feeding alone, additional primary crushing is required. To simplify the process, we communicated with EXCT and decided to directly adopt feeder breaker to achieve the integration of transportation and crushing, while meeting the requirement of a finished product particle size of 200mm. Subsequently, the materials enter the secondary sizer for further crushing. The final finished product particle size can reach 50mm, meeting the project's requirements for the output particle size. This process flow not only eliminates the need for a separate primary crushing stage, reducing site occupation and equipment investment costs, but also, relying on the characteristics of the feeding and crushing integrated machine, enables the simultaneous operation of feeding and crushing.
