Project Introduction
Weijiamao open pit coal mine is located in Weijiamao Town, Junge Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The required production capacity is 2500 tons/hour, and the processing materials are coal and a small amount of gangue. The raw coal extracted from the open pit is transported to the crushing station by 91 tons or 220 tons of mining trucks and unloaded into the hopper, which is transported to the grading toothed roll crusher for crushing through the heavy plate feeder. Our company obtained the EPC project construction of the crushing and screening conveying system through public bidding. Our company has developed a complete set of scientific EPC schemes from project design, procurement, production, civil construction, installation and commissioning, technical training, operation and maintenance management through a strong technical team. We provide customers with a semi-mobile crushing station consisting of heavy duty apron feeder ZBWJ2500*14000, Primary Mineral Sizer 2PLF150/300 and several belt conveyor.
Through solidwork 3D modeling, finite element analysis, scientific selection, in strict accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system to grasp the production links, to ensure product quality, the establishment of a strong site construction and after-sales service team to ensure safety, rapid completion of the overall crushing station project construction.

5. In the process system, the continuous coal flow line is not equipped with two control modes of centralized chain and local unlock, and the rest of the equipment adopts local unlock control.
