Working Principle
How Flip Flow Screen Work
Mechanical flip-flow screen is also called crank-connecting rod flip-flow screen. The screen body is mainly composed of inner and outer screen frames, in which the inner screen frame is placed on the frame through rubber shock-absorbing springs, and the outer screen frame is suspended on the inner screen frame through leaf springs (fiberglass).

Driven by external forces, the inner and outer screen frames move relatively parallel. The movement of the screen frame is driven by the motor to rotate the eccentric shaft, and the eccentric shaft will continuously push and pull the outer screen frame through the push rod spring, so that the inner and outer screen frames produce reverse linear motion. In this way, the crossbeam installed on the screen frame can drive the flexible screen plate to do alternating relaxation and tensioning movements, and the material on the screen surface will do a cyclic simple harmonic motion of "bouncing up, falling down, and bouncing up again", thereby completing the grading operation of material stratification and screening.

The Solution For Screening Difficult Materials

No Blocking Material
Constant deflection means that the screen plate always flexes and recovers in an elastic manner during operation, and this action helps prevent material from adhering to the sieve.
No Impact
The rubber spring supporting the screen machine only bears the weight of the screen machine in the vertical direction of work, and the installation inclination direction bears the inertial force of the screen machine, lead to the equipment having no vertical impact on the foundation, reducing the bearing requirements of the foundation and reducing additional investment.
