The pressure of the hydraulic system can be adjusted according to the coal type and the amount of impurities of the coal burning in the power plant, which can minimize the impact of hard objects on the equipment.

The mineral sizer has been developed with a high yield of 6000t/h, ending the situation of relying on imported equipment for more than 5000t/h. When the coal is dry, all kinds of screening machines can be normally screened, and frequent blocking will be found when the particle size is required to ensure that the water content is below 50mm and between 5% and 15%, which is the reason why the power plant does not use the first screening and then breaking. Through long-term tests, we found that when the screen mesh is ≥50mm, no matter how much water content is, it will not produce sticking. Therefore, we combined the screening machine with mineral sizer to develop the screening crusher with the input and output less than 300mm and the discharge less than 10mm, which greatly increased the output of mineral sizer.
