Feeder Breaker
An integrated solution combining feeding and primary breaking, engineered for high-impact, large lump applications. It enables in-pit size reduction and delivers stable, continuous throughput while minimizing downstream load and unplanned downtime.
We can customize the most scientific, reasonable and economical crushing and screening station integrated solutions for customers based on comprehensive considerations such as material characteristics, production capacity requirements, working conditions and other factors.
The feeding module can choose a heavy-duty apron feeder or a heavy-duty chain feeder. The crushing module can be a Mineral Sizer or a Feeder Breaker. The screening module can choose Banana Screen, Roller Screen or Inclined Screen.

Apron Feeder
A heavy-duty pan feeder built for extreme conditions, offering superior impact resistance and wear life. It ensures reliable, uniform material delivery with extended service intervals and reduced maintenance footprint.

Leveraging low-speed, high-torque sizing technology, it ensures controlled product size with minimal fines generation. Optimized for wet and sticky materials, it delivers efficient, dust-suppressed crushing performance.
Roller Screen
A robust screening solution utilizing rotating shafts for effective pre-sizing. It excels in handling wet and cohesive materials with strong anti-clogging capability and consistent screening efficiency.
The feeding module adopts frequency conversion adjustment to accurately control the feeding speed. The crushing and screening station is equipped with a complete intelligent electrical system, remote monitoring system, etc., which can monitor the production status and fault hazards of each equipment in real time, realize unattended production during the production process, and achieve targeted and precise maintenance during daily maintenance, thereby improving efficiency and significantly reducing worker labor intensity.
