Apron Feeder Ordered by Mongolian Client CML Company Production Completed and Ready for Shipment
The Mongolian open-pit coal mine customer has ordered an apron feeder for production. After completion and packaging, it is now ready for shipment.
Our Mongolian customer, CML Company, placed an order for an apron feeder. After more than two months of production, the manufacturing process was completed ahead of schedule, and the equipment was successfully packaged on June 12, now preparing for shipment.
CML Company is headquartered in Darkhan, the second-largest city in Mongolia, and is a leading enterprise in the country, specializing in the development, production, and sales of large-scale open-pit coal mines. As one of Mongolia’s largest open-pit coal mine developers, the company owns multiple high-quality coal mine projects, primarily located in Darkhan and the South Gobi region.
Last year, for a new mining project, CML Company needed to order new equipment and searched for suitable manufacturers on Google. By chance, they contacted our company. In addition to providing equipment, we also offer customized solutions based on customer needs.
After receiving the customer’s requirements, our company attached great importance to it. After thoroughly understanding the information provided by the customer, our leadership, technical department, and sales department held several video conferences with the customer to exchange and discuss suitable solutions.
Eventually, CML Company placed an order with us for a crushing station consisting of a feed-type crusher, roller screen, and double-toothed roller crusher. Later, with the guidance of our technical engineers during installation, the equipment was officially put into operation. The customer was highly satisfied with both the screening and crushing performance.
This year, to expand production capacity, CML Company specifically ordered an apron feeder from our company for their feeding project. The apron feeder is one of our flagship products, designed for handling lumpy, abrasive, heavy, and high-temperature materials, such as those used in mining, quarrying, coal, cement, and other mineral processing applications.
Based on the customer’s requirements, we redesigned and customized an apron feeder with a heavy-duty construction capable of withstanding high loads and impact, ensuring excellent durability and reliability.
1、According to the maximum feed particle size provided by the customer, we determined the most suitable width for the apron feeder.
2、The drive system adopts an AC variable frequency drive, which integrates software with electronic and mechanical systems to achieve precise conveyor speed control and overload protection.
3、The chain flight design features a reinforced plate structure (stiffened deck plates), effectively enhancing overall impact resistance. High-side skirts are installed on both sides with an overlapping design to prevent material spillage.
4、The bracket mainly serves the function of bearing weight. It is made of steel plates and forms a I-shaped structure. Several stiffening plates are welded between the upper and lower parts. This design enables the two I-shaped main beams to be assembled into a single unit through several channel steels and I-shaped steel sections, ensuring the structural strength and stability.
5、The apron feeder chain uses a long-pitch plate-type pin roller chain. All components are made of alloy steel and undergo scientific heat treatment, possessing excellent wear resistance and tensile strength.
