We have completed the heavy plate feeder breaker for Yihua open-pit coal mine, and completed 48-hour no-load test operation in the assembly workshop. After the quality control department’s temperature, speed, noise, vibration, size confirmation and other tests, all in line with national standards and factory standards, to meet customer needs, the next step we will disassemble, spray and repaint the equipment, complete the delivery date.
Xinjiang Yihua Opencast Coal Mine is a large state-owned coal mine, mainly engaged in raw coal mining and coal finishing. Its main market is all over the country, providing a strong power source for west-east gas transmission and west-east electricity transmission. The heavy plate feeder breaker we provide for it is mainly used as a primary crusher, the above link bin is fed by the loader and dump card, through our tooth roller through the crusher to complete the primary crushing particle size from 1200mm to 267mm, and then through our belt conveyor to the banana sieve in the screening crushing building. After screening, the materials that meet the customer’s needs are transported to the finished silo by the belt conveyor, and those that do not meet the requirements enter the secondary crusher for secondary crushing until the material is less than 50mm and then reach the finished silo by the belt conveyor. We produce heavy plates for our customers through the feeder breaker processing capacity of up to 3000th/, can achieve 330 days a year of work, in addition to maintenance and replacement of wearing parts to basically achieve zero downtime, zero failure.
After the completion of our equipment delivery, our Xinjiang subsidiary company will also send an experienced engineer team to provide on-site guidance for customers to install, debug, training, after-sales and other services. Know that our equipment can operate stably on the customer’s site. Our company has developed a remote diagnosis system for our equipment, which can use the Internet of Things to find customers’ equipment faults remotely and inform them in advance. Moreover, we have developed a mobile APP for customers, which will send relevant alarm information to their mobile phones to remind them in real time.
