Russian Client Visited Our Factory At The Beginning Of 2026
The New Year’s Day holiday has just ended, and we are now welcoming the first batch of customers of the New Year. The client is from Russia and is the external business supervisor of an enterprise specializing in the manufacturing of small-scale crushing and screening equipment as well as drying equipment. The customer had already shown a strong interest in our mineral sizer during the previous communication and clearly stated that the main purpose of this visit to the factory was to conduct an on-site inspection of the specific conditions and actual operation effects of the high-processing capacity mineral sizer equipment we produce.
On January 5th, we accompanied the client throughout the visit to all the core areas of the factory, including the production and processing workshop, assembly line, quality inspection area and sample display area, etc.
During the visit, the customer showed a high degree of recognition for our equipment manufacturing process and production capacity. Especially after witnessing the assembly process and finished product testing of the high-capacity mineral sizer equipment, the customer gave full recognition to the structural design, material selection and performance stability of the equipment. They inquired in detail about the technical parameters of the equipment, the production cycle and the after-sales service guarantee, and had in-depth exchanges with our engineering team on some technical details. During the factory visit, apart from looking at the mineral sizer, the customer also took a look at other screening equipment and related spare parts. The customer was also very interested in these devices, stopping from time to time to examine them carefully and whispering their views with the accompanying personnel.
After the visit, the customer gave feedback that all the equipment he saw met their business needs. In particular, the processing capabilities and design details of mineral sizer were highly compatible with their company’s business scope and application scenarios. They expressed that they would actively promote further cooperation in the future.
