We were very careful and attached great importance to every step from design, drawing review, customer confirmation, order placing to the factory. Confirm and communicate repeatedly to ensure that no mistakes will be made. Our factory started production in June 2024, and finished production in October after blanking, production and processing, assembly and welding, etc. In addition, we arranged factory trial operation and related quality inspection on October 24. WRK, the general contractor engineering company, and DSP, the terminal customer, came to our factory for inspection and related technical training from October 28 to November 1. With excellent product quality and good service, we passed all the customer’s acceptance work at one time and began to prepare for the factory delivery. After two days of intensive packing and preparation on November 9 and 10, we completed the delivery of the feeder breaker and mineral sizer on November 10, 2024. At present, this batch of goods has arrived at Qingdao port, and will be sent to the customer site in Kalimantan, Indonesia, when the shipping date is suitable. After our goods arrive at the customer site, we will arrange our technical engineer Director Zhang to go to the customer site for installation and commissioning until the customer site runs normally and stably. In the follow-up, we also want to continue to pay attention to the operation of customers and provide them with good after-sales service in time.
