Our company has improved and developed a series of patented technologies according to the difficulties and pain points in coal processing. Our special roller screen is launched, which effectively solves the technical problems of coal recovery from the well.


Through continuous research and development and experiments, we effectively solve the shortcomings and defects of roller screen
(1) this paper proposes the compression-shear critical crushing analysis method of stuck materials in the state of roller screen mesh occlusion, obtains the force characteristics of roller and screen when roller screen is stuck, and solves the parameter setting problem of overload control system.
(2) based on the self-recovery overload protection loop, the automatic control technology to solve the problem of stuck materials is developed, and the roller screen overload automatic reaction, foreign body automatic adjustment and automatic recovery are realized.
(3) the multi-stage variable speed flat screen equal thickness roller screen technology is developed, and the anti-wear resistance cam screen differential tooth arrangement scheme is designed.

Our roller screen


The main roller screen body is welded with q355d low-alloy high-strength structural steel. All screen shaft assemblies are fixed to the roller screen by connecting bolts. The wear-resistant lining board is installed on the side of the roller screen, and the thickness of the wear-resistant lining board is not less than 25mm. Avoid direct contact between the material and the box, greatly improving the service life of the equipment; and the wear-resistant liner and the box are connected by bolts, easy to replace.
The screen shaft assembly is composed of a drive unit motor + reducer, screen shaft, roller blade disc, flat key, locking nut, coupling, bearing seat and bearing seat accessories, and the drive motor is connected with the reducer and the screen shaft through the coupling.

The bearing used in the whole machine should have a forced bearing lubrication system, and the lubrication system should be centralized and automatic lubrication by grease pump to achieve automatic (or manual) fixed time and quantitative centralized lubrication.
