The groove plates fixed on the chain are welded structural steel with special section design. The groove plates and groove plates are bonded to avoid material leakage between the brackets. The groove plates are fixed with anti-wear countersunk bolts and the chain. It is particularly important to eliminate the impact load energy. The impact load is first absorbed by the support plate and causes the elastic deformation of the slot plate. Then the impact load is transferred to the main frame structure through the slot plate and absorbed by the main frame structure.
The groove plate structure is designed as a single arc overlapping, which is tight and has good leak-proof performance. The groove plate material is not less than 40m2, the thickness is not less than 25m, the whole processing process adopts fixed mold docking, welding, heat treatment, machining and other pipelin-type seamless production line, with high processing accuracy, long service life, simple installation, easy to replace and so on. The conveyor plate is made of low-alloy low-temperature rolled steel or welded wear-resistant plate, which can withstand multiple shocks without deformation, and easy to replace wearing parts. The pallet consists of a linked transport pallet and a non-lubricated tow chain with a sealed lip and the lower part of the pallet is reinforced. In order to ensure high transport capacity, every three trays are fitted with additional square steel. The trays are designed to be stacked on top of each other to ensure a minimum gap between the connected trays to avoid material spills.

For this project, a set of hydraulic disconnecting chain device is specially equipped for the mine to repair and replace part of the chain after 5-8 years. The removal tool comprises a hydraulic system and a mechanical thimble function of the release device. Easy to use, easy to operate. The sealing device prevents abrasive substances from entering the internal parts of the chain, avoiding premature wear and prolonging the service life of the traction chain 20 30%. Traction chains with sealing and self-lubricating devices reduce friction, reduce maintenance costs and increase service life. The traction chain is easy to disassemble and replace during replacement.
The main frame adopts sufficient strength and stiffness, and the weld is solid and beautiful and uniform; the profiles and plates used in manufacturing are made of high-quality steel, and the material surface is pre-treated with grinding, shot peening or pickling, etc. The whole processing process adopts a fixed mold butt, welding, heat treatment, machining and other pipelined seamless production lines, with high processing accuracy, long service life, simple installation and so on. After the production is completed, the stress is removed to ensure that the appearance is not damaged or deformed.
